The Technical Support Specialist, who will also possess some System Administrator experience, is responsible for installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.

    This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures support the needs of the organization including NCPDP staff and membership. This position will be the primary point of contact for the IT Help Desk and provide quality user support which results in continued improvement of employee performance and involvement in support of corporate objectives related to information technology. This person will analyze and resolve problems with the goal of eliminating recurrences and reducing user support calls to the IT Help Desk. Additionally, this position will provide technical review and recommendations around new technology; and support enterprise-level technical configuration of end-devices to ensure effective and efficient operations.

    This is a exempt full-time position in our Scottsdale, Arizona office and requires 24/7 on-call support for security system.
