Membership Policy
- NCPDP memberships are on an individual basis. Effective July 1, 2002 the entity that pays for the membership maintains the membership.
- The membership term is based on the anniversary year of the member. The annual fee is $650 (subject to change) per membership, renewable each year and payable by check or credit card.
- If a company desires more than one employee to become a member, it is required to pay an additional $650 membership fee for each person.
- Memberships are non-refundable.
- Membership transfers are available effective July 1, 2002. A company must pay a $100 processing fee prior to the completion of a membership transfer. Memberships are transferable only once within the anniversary year.
If a company pays for the individual membership, then that company may transfer that membership to another individual within the company.
If the individual pays for the membership, then the membership may move from company to company with the individual.
