Door Drop ItemsNCPDP will be making a "Door Drop" to conference attendees on Tuesday, May 5, 2009. There are 600 rooms at the Westin for Conference attendees. For $200, you may provide NCPDP with an item to be included in the Door Drop. If you are interested in participating in the Door Drop, please complete this form and return it to NCPDP. If you have any questions, please contact Leanne Schatz at (480) 477-1000 x113.
- Send a copy of your proposed promotional piece to NCPDP for review and approval of all materials for the door drop bag by April 10, 2009.
- After approval is received, reserve your space by making payment by April 17, 2009.
- Send your materials to arrive no later than April 20, 2009. Items arriving after April 20th are not guaranteed to make it into the bags.
Exhibit Passport Program
How the Program Works
- Exhibitors join the Passport Program and agree to donate a prize of cash, products, or services worth at least $100. Each exhibitor will be given a set of stickers used to "stamp" an attendee's Passport.
- Attendees will receive a Passport card in their attendee bag. Attendees must visit the exhibit hall and have their Passport "stamped" by ALL the participating exhibitors to enter the drawing for prizes. Passport is only valid if it has stamps from ALL those participating in Passport Program.
- Valid Passport received at the NCPDP booth by 4:30pm on Wednesday, May 6 will be entered into drawing for the donated prizes. All Passport prizes will be awarded in the exhibit hall on Wednesday prior to closing. Winners will be announced via loudspeaker and MUST be present to win.
- Winning attendees would stop by the booth (from which the winning prize was donated) to collect their prize.
When applying for exhibit space, check the box marked "I would like to participate in the Passport Program by donating a door prize to be given away to an attendee". Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted to get details about your donated prize.
