Who are NCPDP members?
The primary strength of NCPDP is the diversity of our membership. In order to develop the most comprehensive, beneficial standards for the healthcare industry, it is essential that NCPDP gather input, expertise, advocacy and leadership from our members.

NCPDP classifies members, per NCPDP Bylaws, into one of three member classes:
1) Producer/Provider, 2) Payer/Processor, or 3) Vendor/General Interest. The purpose of the classification is to ensure balanced industry representation when voting takes place by the membership. The current NCPDP membership categories include:
