NCPDP's Educational Summit is an annual event offering a full day of educational sessions on topics that matter most to our members who represent virtually every stakeholder group in the healthcare industry.
The 2019 Educational Summit will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Summit takes place right before NCPDP’s November work group meetings, giving work group attendees and others the opportunity to extend their stay and attend this important event that explores healthcare’s most pressing challenges and solutions.
*Non-Members who attend the NCPDP Educational Summit can attend the November NCPDP work group meetings, that directly follow the Summit, free of charge and if the non-member decides to become an NCPDP member, $150 of the Educational Summit registration fee can be applied toward membership dues! The Educational Summit is open to members and nonmembers and registration is required to participate. The Non-member registration includes admission to the Summit and the November 2019 Work Group meetings (regularly $450). Plus, Non-members have until February 3rd to apply $150 of their registration fee towards their NCPDP membership.
Early Bird Discounted Registration
Members: Register by October 4th to take advantage of the discounted, Early Bird registration rate of $475 (regular registration rate is $525).
Non-Members*: Register by October 4th to take advantage of the discounted, Early Bird registration rate of $700, which includes registration for the NCPDP November 2019 Work Group Meetings. (Regular registration rate for Non-members is $750.)
The regular registration rate goes into effect on October 5th.

CPE for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians

A block of rooms has been secured at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel for the group rate of $199 per night for single/double occupancy. Reservations at the group rate must be made by Monday, October 7, 2019 or while supplies last. All reservations received thereafter will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only. Please be aware that the room block fills up quickly.
Individual Guest Room Deposit and Cancellation Policies
You may cancel your reservation for no charge forty-eight (48) hours prior to the day of arrival. A charge of first (1st) night's room and tax will be applied if you do not cancel or do not arrive (no‐show). Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. Registration Transfer Policy
Educational Program (Forums/Summits) registrations may be transferred from one company representative to another from the same company at no cost, if done by October 4, 2019. A $50 educational program transfer fee will be required if the substitution is made after October 4, 2019. If you originally paid the member fees but would like to transfer the registration to a non-member, you are required to pay the difference in registration fees as well as the transfer fee. If you originally paid the non-member fees but would like to transfer the registration to a member, you forfeit the difference in the registration fees.
All registration cancellations are considered official on the date they are received in writing at the Council office. For cancellations made prior to October 4, 2019, NCPDP will refund the registration fee less a $100 administrative processing fee; however, refunds will not be processed until after the program. All refunds will be made within 30 days after the meeting. Registration fees for cancellations received after October 4, 2019 will not be refunded. In addition, refunds will NOT be made for no-shows.
